Personal training sessions customized to suit your specific needs.  To achieve the best results, it is important to consider variables such as your fitness goals, current fitness level + availability. Training sessions are done in the KFIT home gym.

  • Initial assessment, fitness testing, goal setting

  • Customized workout program

  • One hour sessions include warm up, workout and stretching

  • Packages include choice of 1-3 sessions per week

  • Time commitment to be discussed

$75 per hour

Personalized Virtual Workout Programming:

Workouts are done through my app Trainerize and are fully customized to YOU. I take into account your current fitness level, your fitness goals, equipment you have access to and programming progressions. Initial assessment can be done through zoom or 1:1 if local.

All pricing is based off of 6 week programming phases.

  • 3 days per week workouts - $150 for 3 days per week

  • 4 days per week workouts - $160 for 4 days per week

  • 5 days per week workouts - $170 for 5 days per week
